Young has been serving clients in various industries (architects & engineers, construction, real estate, technology and finances) helping them to better manage and mitigate their risks by transferring and controlling them through placement of insurance products and active risk management services since 1991.

His insurance experiences include professional liability (errors & omissions / malpractice), commercial property and casualty, worker’s compensation, management liability, trade credit insurance, etc.

Young is a devoted husband and father of three. He resides in Irvine, Calif., with his lovely wife Mia, and three fun- loving children Thomas, Kristen and Kaitlyn.
